FEP maintains its physical properties in extreme environments.It provides excellent chemical and permeation resistance including exposure to weathering, light.FEP has a lower melt viscosity than PTFE，it can make a pinhole-free coating film,it is suitable for anti-corrosion linings.It can be mixed with PTFE powder,to improve the machining performance of PTFE.

Application

DS605 can be used for electrostatic spraying, it can be sintered within the range of 300-350℃, with excellent resistance to stress cracking, excellent chemical resistance, excellent heat resistance, excellent non-stick property, excellent electric property, weather resistance, and incombustibility.

Attention

The processing temperature should not exceed 420℃,to prevent toxic gas from releasing.

1.Packed in woven plastic bag,and in hard circular barrels outside.Net weight is 20kg per drum.
